Hot Tub Fix a leak 8oz is a leak sealer for hot tubs and spas. It’s a concentrated blended material, designed to seal leaks in virtually any material. Recommended for leaks of unknow or undetectable origin.
Use this product according to the manufacturer’s instructions which are included with the product.
- Remove all cartridge filters.
- Pour entire contents of the bottle into the filter intake or directly into the hot tub.
- Run the hot tub for 4-6 hours, alternating between low and high speed. Note: Most hot tubs run on a 15-minute cycle therefore you must be present to restart once the cycle ends.
- After 4-6 hours of continuous running, you can shut off your hot tub or just allow the circulation pump to run its cycle.
- Leave the hot tub off for 48 hours. During this time frame check to see if the water level is stable and if the hot tub pad remains dry.
- A second treatment may be required if leaking still occurs.
